I have no images showing up, and no fonts or anything. The whole site is like a big white snowstorm with old-school blue and purple links.

No problems here, Mel.

Re-boot your machine and see if it solves the problem. Re-boot, Re-boot, Re-boot... it's what our IT folks always tell me when I have a problem at work.

I would also recommend checking your browser settings. There are options that can prevent images and CSS (style sheet) information from being loaded.
