Borbet Type BS wheel? Will it fit a mini with this offset?

Borbet Type BS wheel? Will it fit a mini with this offset?
Does anybody know anything about this wheel? I am told the offset is 35 but I am unsure the center bore. Is that offset too far off? What will that do to the fitment of the wheel. I really like the wheels and have been looking for a long time. Size is 16x7.5

Type BS looks like this-
This rim is fine and should work well with your MINI using 205/50-16 tires.
Borbets need a centering ring for use with the MINI's 56.1mm hubbore. Check with your vendor or seller to get the right sized centering rings for your MINI.
You can buy the rings on your own but you need to measure the sizes of the openings and order a set of rings.
