NAV/TOGGLE FROZEN! WHAT'S UP W/THAT??

This is my first post so bear w/me. I have a 2007 MCSa SS/Blk top, picked up on 9/19/07, taken back to the dealer on 9/25/07. I waited 2.5 months for my car but after 2 days the Nav screen froze, the toggle & Menu button not working. I can get several steps by the Voice Command only. The dealer replaced the toggle control, but I went to p/u the car today to find the screen is still frozen. Did they not test it before thinking it was fixed? It's still there while I drive an 06 loner. So now my car will have been in the shop longer then I've had it...(sorry for venting)
Anyone out there have a similar problem? What was done to repair?

Maybe find a new dealer or contact mini corporate about the problem. I had my car at one dealer who made the problem worse AND dented my car, and took it to one who was a pleasure to deal with. Pretty happy, though I have some more issues.
