Hi all,

Some of you who have been waiting for your back-ordered (or delayed) badge and eyes orders have rec'd shipping notification, yet when you check the tracking number, you are told the item has not shipped.

This is because I printed a lot of postage for orders to go out , expecting the items to arrive that day so they could be re-shipped to you. There were some items that came in printed incorrectly or on the wrong vinyl. The reorders for these are now here and I'll be spending tonight and the weekend getting them out. Your postage may look pre-dated when you get your package or will have been reprinted to reflect the actual shipping date as the case may be.

After this , all badge and eyes will join the rest of my inventory at the PA order fullfilment center and will be shipped promptly (by the nice ladies there) upon you order being rec'd as all production issues have been solved. Most notably was a problem we had printing and then laminating and cutting the special metallic I've been using for a bunch of designs.

Then the R56 Legend and R56 TURBO and R53 SUPERCHARGED metallic badges came in , in their final version. Here's an excerpt from a customer's email on those little yummies:

After expressing my displeasure of the long wait for my badges, I

week and a bit. The second one took 2 months. ...

The R53 Grill Badge is stunning. Beautiful to look at and would look
very nice on the front grill of my car.

I've finally been able to review all the applications for a new customer service rep and will be hiring someone over the weekend. This will make us ready for the coming holiday crush and will make it possible for all emails to be answered more promptly. Having a day job that keeps me busy 70 hours per week (but at least someone won an Emmy Award and we got a very generous "thank you" http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ImoMGyJjWIk ) has changed the dynamic here a bit, but these new fixes will smooth out the rought spots.

That said, thank you all for your patience (and for being nice, even if your patience was really stretched) during this ramp=up of of the very successful MOTORSWAG GRILLE BADGES, New Eyes and custom products (yes, contest winners too...). I bit off a bit more than I could chew in July and August but now have new improved choppers to make it all work.

Badge sales have now reached the 1000 pcs mark and are being shipped to MINI owners from L.A. to ME and as far as Russia, Kuwait (some Navy Officer has his car there!) the UAE and even Singapore!

So...stay tuned for new apparel products for fall and winter, even more badge designs, the suberb new Cooper Contacts vversion for R56 and something really new and exciting for the 2007 Cooper and Cooper S.
