Tips on changing hinge covers on boot

Just boughta pair of used chrome hinge covers for my MCS convertible. Does anyone have any tips or directions on how to take off the old one & replace them.

yep

the part under the hinge cover comes off too
so take the bottom part off first
so the actual hinge cover cap pull straight off
