suspension newbie here...... would m7 springs with stock shocks creat much damage to the struts given i only use the stock shocks for a few months maybe 3 k miles or so ....and if so what exactly is a strut lol ....would http://www.m7tuning.com/parts/produc...products_id=28 this be what i would need to replace given the lowering springs and stock shokcs damage my struts ?......also what shocks would everyone suggest and should i get control arms ....basically what would be an ideal way to lower the car without spending massssssive amounts of money
