Cool! I forgot where I originally saw them....but I think they were in Japan or Germany. I love them. I want a pair!

Are they fucntional or just for looks?

I can't help but wonder if they are more visual than functional. Typically if you wanted a cowl induction air scoop you'd want it to face the driver, not the front of the car due to the high pressure zone at the base of the windshield.
