1 day Proformance School - Seattle 09/11
Greetings,
Just wanted to pass this along in case anyone was interested:
The Puget Sound MINI Motorer's Club (www.psmini.org) is host a Proformance track day on 09/11. This is a Mini/MINI only event, but they have opened this day up to all owners for those interested (not just PS MINI memebers).
Sounds like the price is being subsidized by NW MINI and will be in the area of $345 (USD). Not cheap, but this is not just a lapping session. It's a full on one performance driving school with lots of instructors, catered breakfast AND lunch (plus snacks all day) and a good deal of track time. Overall, an excellent school from what I've heard and seems to be a good value for the money (usually a $500+ course). Here's a link to the PSMINI thread:
http://www.psmini.org/forum/forum_posts.asp?TID=2098&PN=0&TPN=1
Here's the link to the Proformance Racing School, too:

For experienced drivers (I think through a Proformance school like this one) there is a reduced cost for the event, assuming you need limited, or no instruction. Check the thread for additional details.
