JCW Suspension Test Drive, anyone in the area got it?
Fellow Chicago (area) Motorers:
I'm wondering if anyone in the region has a 02-06 Cooper S with the JCW suspension installed in its stock form and would be willing to let me go around the block behind the wheel. Let me start off by saying that I love the stock suspension, it’s so stiff and bumpy and I just love the way it feels. However, the bounciness and the feel of every single bump has gotten to my girlfriend and she did some research on the JCW suspension and discovered many reports of it smoothing the ride while giving better high speed control.
Before I drop the $1000 + to get the install, I NEED to test drive the kit and that is where you come in! I'm willing to come to you, fill your tank (make sure it is empty when I show up!), and buy lunch at the place of your choice! If anyone can fill this need, PLEASE let me know!
