Food allergies at the dinners?

Just wanted to see who else out there has food allergies and whether the staff would be able to accomodate them this year. Last year they did great with accomodating my wife's gluten/wheat allergy. If I remember correctly there was one other person that had that same allergy.

Should we start a list or just send names to someone?

Thanks.

No list needed.

Just send me your request. I will take care of it.

Thanks again for asking.

Be sure that you do register as a Driver and or Passenger for the event. Without this, there are no dinner tickets available this year.

Thanks,

JPS

Hello Buzz

We will make every attempt to accomodate our guests this summer. Please PM me with some details regarding the types of things that she can and cannot eat. The last thing I want you to do is pay for a meal that she cannot eat, so I will speak with the banquet staff and make whatever arrangements are possible to accomodate you.

The more detail you can provide, the better. As I am not familiar with food allergies, I will pass your info along to the staff and let you know what to expect with the meals we have arranged. Then we can make alternative arrangements if appropriate.

Thanks,

Jonathan

Now this is a fantastic idea. My thanks go out to you for doing this type of thing. It's rare that you can find a place that is going to cater to a large group of people willing to accomodate these types of things. Being a diabetic, I can definitely understand how this is such a great thing!

Now, if you could just get them to make the food so that when we eat it, we don't put on any more pounds, you would truly be worshipped in my household
