I sent 2 parts inquiries to MINI of the Hamptons and have not gotten a reply. Has anyone else experienced no or slow response back from them?

I want to purchase a JCW Wing and get it mailed to my military APO ASAP.

 

I bought my car from them in 05 cause they had the best price. But they seem to hav a turnover problem there. Always seemed a little slow and could not seem to talk to the same person twice. Habberstadt in Hunting station seemed more personal I used them for service till I moved.
