I have been surprised at what MCO'ers have found by asking in the past, so I'll give this a shot.

I'm looking to rent a 1 or 2 bedroom apartment in the Denver/Boulder are for just July and August. My bias would be either Boulder or the Wash Park area with hardwood floors and natural light in a small complex (doesn't hurt to ask).

Anyhow, I just thought I would throw this out there.

Thanks in advance,

Dave

Hey Dave. I know in Boulder a lot of students sublet their living spaces while they are back home for the summer. It might be worth checking into. I'm sure there are a lot of "soggy houses"(think not cleaning the carpet after too many parties), but some of those kids are loaded. You might be able to get a sweet deal too. Especially if the choice is you rent it for $300 less than they are asking or no one rents it at all.

Oh also, I'm not sure how many students are still in town.

You might be able to find the same sort of deal in Denver.

Good luck!

Owen
