SuspensionSprings, struts, coilovers, sway-bars, camber plates, and all other modifications to suspension components for Cooper (R50), Cabrio (R52), and Cooper S (R53) MINIs.
I know this doesn't help either, but I haven't done it. I can't imagine going lower in front. I have h-sport camber plates and when I was at the bottom of the thread pattern the ride was pretty harsh. I don't remember seeing helper springs in the front, only the rear. So you must want to go lower in the rear. In the rear I still have a significant amount of droppage available, but I would probably rub before I got all the way to the bottom of the thread. I have 18's so that definitely doesn't help with ride quality. Anyways, hope you find your answer.
If you are already as low as you can go with the adjustment then removing the helpers might just distroy the strut. That's some big money to take that chance.

LOL....true....but I only paid $1300 for my set new.... Rather all the price gougers(sp?) out there!
BTW, In reality, I really want it a little lower in the rear as I am tucking pretty nice already. But, for the most part, I want the front dropped another inch or so.
