I've been lurking here for a little while, gathering information, etc, and figured since we just picked the car up, I'd introduce myself and post pictures.

The car belongs to the gf, but since my car has been having some issues lately and she's still learning to drive a manual, I've been having the pleasure of driving it for the past few days. What a wonderful car. I've already been bitten by the mod bug... having to keep a tight leash on my wallet.

Took some searching to find one in that color... amazing how many silver ones are out there... seemed like they were all either red or silver. She was set on dark blue with the white stripes/top... so we lucked out.

 

well, a whole 4 days after picking up the car, it left us stranded on the side of the road. Seems the clutch blew.

 

That's a very nice MINI. I particularly like the accessory that came in the boot.

 

That sucks hope you up and running asap.
