The windshield is supposed to be clean before you apply Aquapel. So you can use the PIAA wipe first to clean the windshield (it is a solvent and cleaner). Then apply the Aquapel.

Do you remember if you applied the Aquapel before the PIAA silicon wipe or after?

I'll give them a try. Glad to hear aquapel was compatible with it. I will be using that as well.

Sorry, but I can't answer your question adequately. I only had the Aero Vogue on my R52 for about 9 months before I sold the car. I remember them being quiet and working well. The vast majority of my driving is in the city or SF Bay Area commuter traffic (slower speeds). There must have been a few occasions when I used them in the rain at 70-75. No issues came up that caught my attention, but I can't give you a definitive answer. Also, I was using it in combination with Aquapel, which I have been using regularly for years.

I saw your comment about the PIAA Aero Vogues. I have the super silicons now and am thinking about upgrading to the Aero Vogues. The super silicons seems to struggle at high speeds 70+ mph. Do the aero vogues fit your windshield well and are they just as good at highway speeds?
