I have a 2021 pre face lift JCW convertible.  It has the digital instrument cluster which is awful when the sun is behind me with the top down.  If you upgraded your JCW to the digital cluster, have the original analogue cluster, and would be willing to sell it please message me.  I believe the part number is 62106992646 and it is unavailable on backorder.  The cluster must be compatible with the heads up display.  If you are in the San Francisco Bay Area and want to upgrade to the digital display, I would be open to a trade.  My local Mini dealership quoted me an estimate of approx. $800 to install the cluster and do the associated programming.
