Parts purchased for 2010 R56 hatchback, base / N12 motor.

1. Used valve cover by Febi/Bilstein, part number 102250, (OEM part number 11127646554), installed for 38,947 miles. From the start, it threw a code due to a loose fitting oil filler cap. Switched to the OEM oil filler cap, which was so tight it was difficult to get on and off. Got tired of the struggle and switched back to the OEM valve cover. 

2. New upper (hood) chrome grille trim piece made by bremmen parts, OEM part number 51132751040. I cannot get this part to fit. I've given up.

Originally purchased for 2008 R55 Clubman, base / N12.
3. Ignition coil packs "high performance", set of 4 by Bavarian Autosport. Installed for 34,687 miles. Rubber boot torn on one, the other three are intact. Discontinued using them.
