Why are the cup holder rings included?
The shift boot trim ring is used to replace a broken one on an R56 Gen2 MINI Cooper with a manual transmission. However, it is crafted from gray ASA 3D printer filament and captures the essence of the OEM silver trim ring but does not match exactly. Since the cup holder rings are within the same visual landscape as the boot trim ring on the center console, they are included in the same color hue as the replacement boot retainer ring for color consistency.
Describe the color a bit more.
The OEM color scheme is satin gray (slight sheen) while these printed replacement rings have a finish between matte and satin gray.
