ENGINE NEEDS REPAIR
NO OIL PRESSURE  accompanied by loud clattering death noises.
Engine drove exceptionally well,  on occasion it would clatter like a diesel and inexplicably return to quiet .
Now no oil pressure at start up, loud noises. 
I previously listed this car with transmission issues, but I ultimately had it repaired at huge expense. (at least to me).
I purchased it in 2019 from the original senior owner.  This is my favorite Mini of others that preceded it. 
 All maintenance records. Show major engine work and 
clutch replacement done by the dealer sometime in the past.
The exhaust was replaced with Milktek and sounds superb.
Currently, at about 149000 miles, was getting ready for repaint after having the transmission issue resolved.
The condition of the car is very good. NO RUST. I started to remove the failed clearcoat  Only a couple very minor dents.
The interior is very good. Leather is still excellent other than the passenger lower seat cover. One of the mechanics spilled some caustic fluid on it and ruined it.  However, I sourced and bought an excellent used replacement.
Everything works. including  AC.
