I got an alta intercooler I ran on my r58 for a few months , out of the 4x intercoolers I've tested it is THE BEST. It keeps iats same as ambient in 80' weather when normal driving and on 0-120mph pulls ,again in 80' weather,  with my mods , big turbo running 23psi it only gets 20' above ambient and immediately drops back down. I have a Wagner intercooler and this alta outperforms it in every way and its not even a comparison v the ebay bar n plate interheater ...
it also doesn't sacrifice flow inorder for the great cooling .
why don't I run it ?? I'm actually running the worst cooling intercooler I've tested BUT it does flow abit better BUT i plan on running a small wet shot of nitrous.
I ALSO spent along time removing that STUPID black coating,  painted/coated intercoolers ONLY look nicer , that's it. It absolutely hinders their cooling ability..
theres a minor dent on the bottom but it absolutely doesn't effect it.
the alta intercooler fit my 2011 r58 jcw without having to trim or modify anything. 
I am willing to trade for other n14 /r58 performance/aftermarket something I might not yet have and want. Im.looking for a cae or coolerworx shifter Or 425$ shipped to lower 48x.
