I've sold a few dozen of these over the past few years BUT this might be the last one unless demand picks back up. I have moved onto n14s now.
I FULLY port out , media blast and hand sand the hat and manifold and I also correct air paths and helps prevent cyl#1 lean conditions which is a common issue with the stock manifold. This allows much more flow and helps keep iat's down when running a reduction pulley on your supercharger.  
I'm running the same setup on all personal r53's and all my buddies also run it.
hopefully some prior buyers cam chime in on and give their personal honest feedback.
