I have a pair of Pirelli Run Flat tires taken off from my Mini Cooper. They had less than 15k miles. As far as I can tell, they are in decent shape. You should be able to get another 15k miles out of them. The new tire costs about $200 each plus tax. I am asking for $50 each. Local pick up in Palo Alto, CA only.
