Pretty much new spare tire.  I bought the tire about 6 months before my car was totaled.  I also have a bolt and metal plate that I used to secure it.  I purchased it from Detroit Tuned in May of 2021.

New they seem to be going for $181.  Asking $95 or best offer.  I'll add pictures of the actual wheel later today when I get over to my garage space.
