As a founding member of the local MINI club (Ottawa MINI Group), I'm fully aware of it's market value. My fellow enthusiasts think I'm nuts for asking this little, knowing how I've maintained it. My price is pretty fair, and includes the essentially-new summer rims and tires. It's currently driving with winters which are also included, with one season on them. I don't mind waiting for a new owner to appreciate this car, or waiting until spring when I can list it for more.

Car will be sold to the new owner with Ontario safety.
Car will be parked on December 1st on a month to month basis in a lot with 24/7 access if a prospective buyer wants to take a look.

Nice spreadsheet! Im gonna have to modify mine to do that! Just started my 2nd car so it hasnt moved yet, but loads of stuff done, so I'll def be adding the date and odometer reading! thanks for the idea! Also, nice car!
