Clean title, no accident. 65k Engine, 125k Chassis, located in Central NJ

The original engine had bent valves, replaced the same engine N12 from a part car that had 55k miles (It was also the 2nd engine from the part car that replaced by Mini under warranty in 2013, I have the paper work)
Along with the engine, I swapped the transmission from AT to MT. I have been driving it since 2018 Sept & over 10k without a single issue.

Parts replaced under my ownership, most job done in 2018
- Engine: spark plugs & drive belt & lower engine mount + Powerflex bushing insert.
-Transmission: fluid, new clutch.
-Suspension & brakes:
1.JIC cross coilovers w/ Alta end links, camber adjustable - absolutely a go-kart, can autox or track after a brake upgrade.
2.Timken front wheel bearings x 2
3.Front & rear rotors (Centric) & Pads (stoptech)
4.Stoptech F& R stainless steel brake lines & brake fluid flush
5.F& R sway bar end links & Rear sway bar bushing

1.Replaced cloths front seats to OEM leather seats, very clean

The bad
- No ABS, when did the programming during the manual swapped, ABS code can only program once and it was failed.
- Radio can only receive 99.1. The receipt line in the rear window is damaged. Aux cable works can listen Youtube.
