Paul was great!!!
I have a very unpredictable schedule, and had to change meeting time a number of times, before I was actually able to see the roof rack and buy it from Paul. Every time Paul tried to accommodate my schedule.
The roof rack is perfect, and Paul even spent his time to explain to me how to install it.
