As such, I am forced to file a claim with my credit card company who will file a claim with PayPal for return of my funds. [/SIZE][/FONT][/FONT]

This could have been resolved had you filed the report of damaged and lost items, which UPS indicated has not been filed by you as of this date. I shipped the product, u got the product, it was damged. You skimped on shipping, its not my fault u didnt see the need for insurance. I talked to u and ups a number of times. Ups said there was nothin they could do so, suck it up, and dont be so cheap buy the hundred dollar insurance and u will get covered next time.
