I had a very unpleasant experience with Joe. Joe bought the set on Saturday, and I didn't have time to ship it that weekend. (Side note he did not reimburse me with the 3.5% paypal redacts for a service fee as a usual buyer would) I agreed to ship the luggage set with my shipping department at work the following week, but the package did not ship until Thursday morning (the shipping label was created Wednesday). I was very upfront with him about shipping and providing a tracking number as well as refunding his shipping cost of $40 (since the package did not get out until Thursday morning), but Joe decided to set a claim with Paypal. The Package was set to be delivered Tuesday Morning but was held because he wasn't there to sign. The next day (Today - April 27, 2016), he signed for shipping but did not settle the dispute on PayPal.

I contacted him today but he told me that there was yet another issue (which he had failed to mention upon delivery of the package) that it was not in Excellent condition as listed in the description said in the listing. The set IS in excellent condition and I provided the opportunity to answer any questions and pictures if the buyer needed. You can see the pictures of the set on my listing.

I called PayPal and got my money that was held and this disputed in my favor. I've been doing this for years and have never had such a difficult person to deal with. I have been more than upfront to Joe and have provided him with all my contact information. I offered to refund Joe completely until the package got there and then he would send me my money back. I have even offered to refund his shipping charge of $40, before he made the claim. It takes one bad experience to ruin them all. I have decided to leave NAM and switch to eBay. I am sick and tired of dealing with people and having full liability for them.

I sincerely hope anyone dealing with James will take a word of caution. Half facts do not make the truth. I had to wait for the luggage to be sent. It was to be sent second day and arrived 6 days later. James stated it was in excellent condition when if fact there is significant wear and staining on the inside of the luggage. (I provided pictures to James to prove it). Unfortunately, he was able to get his payment from paypal before I could state that the item was not as billed. Quite an unpleasant experience.
