I purchased a used steering wheel from him and sent him 130 by pay pal. When I first sent him a PM asking me he told me he had a death in the family. Later a second PM to him and he said he would have be getting it out to me within 3 day. He has had my money for over a month and I have no steering wheel and he no longer answers my PMs
