Paid 8/18-8/19 according to Canadian Post (Cx 499 459 612 ca) it wasn't sent out until 8/26. Seller claimed civic holiday but last I check I don't know of any holidays other then Hanukkah that last more than 1 day maybe 3 if you add a weekend. Claimed new in box and whether or not they were never installed on the sellers vehicle they were installed and broke or uninstalled and broke from over torquing and had a replacement ball joint thrown in. I have a hard time seeing a real company like NM sending out product like that. You can see dings from road debris on it as well. Seller was defensive and wasn't as up front on what he was selling.

Product was never installed on the car. Period. No damage from debrie! Part of one link was broken and replacement provided. I am sorry buyer expected NEW, from the store item. Package taken to post office first available day after
payment. My sales track record on this forum as well as other MINI forums and eBay (user name: sisoje) speaks for its self. Buyers from main land US should educate them selfs about international shipping before buying parts that are out of the country. Period. Again, the part was never on the car.
