I purchased this item because the description listed it as "Like new". There is a crack on the leading top edge of this hood scoop. I contacted the seller about this and he assured me he would take the item back. When I went to mail it back he advised me to wait because of an illness of a family member he was attending to out of country. I expressed my understanding and patiently waited over a month. After three attempts to get a reply I've heard nothing so I'm stuck with a scoop I don't want to put on my car and I'm out $200 cash with no responses. I'm very disappointed because communication was great up until it came time to get this back to him.
