After a tremeandous amount of effort on my part, I finally got back the money I had PayPal'd this person, for the purchase of a used set of R53 Aero Grills.

The story, in short: December 27, read the ad. December 28, paid for the items. Got a PM back from seller saying a tracking number would be provided. Waited a few days and I emailed and PM'd the seller for tracking number info. No Response From Seller. Got a reply after January 1st stating that he had been out of town and that the item would be shipped tomorrow, and that I'd get a tracking number. I asked for tracking info again a few days later. NO RESPONSE. Repeated this process 2 more times. NO RESPONSE FROM SELLER! I finally found a phone number from when he and I had discussed the item on the phone. Not sure it was the correct number, but sent a text inquiring about the missing purchase, reminding him that he owed me the items and, in good faith, he was obligated to provide me with the items or provide me a refund.

Finally received a refund last night, January 20th. No explanation, EVER, regarding the whereabouts of the items and NEVER PROVIDED ME WITH A TRACKING NUMBER!

I need to add, that everytime I attempted to contact the seller, I was cordial, but firm, in asking him to cooperate with providing me with a FedEx tracking number. I never one time ever received a response from the seller until I sent the text message to his phone. In fact, his (NAM) on line green light was illuminated on at least 3 occasions when I sent him a private message here on NAM. Never a response.

My intuitive nature makes me think this was a fradulent transaction of sorts, though I'll never know for sure. I got my money back, finally, and that's the most important thing for me.

I will close by saying that if the items ever do show up, I will return them to the seller, as I don't do business like this and won't with someone who does.
