Shipped me the wrong item, strung me out for 75 days saying he would replace it when he got around to it, and today told me he would refund my money when HE felt like it (that is a quote). Oh, and he said I can suck it for the $50 I paid to ship the item he admitted was wrong.
If he were the last MINI dealer I would find another brand.
