Hope you made enough extra money to make it worthwhile to take advantage of another NAM member and someone who figured he could trust a mini owner who lives right around the corner.

I took another deal because the buyer was unsure of what day to meet with poor communication. Gave me no cell phone to contact him, just relied on e-mail which I do not check every day.

That's just a flat-out lie. You posted your e-mail in the ad and sent me eight messages in the first 48 hours while negotiating a price and arranging a pickup. Seven of those eight e-mail responses were within a half-hour of my message. I called you and left a voicemail with my number. Bottom line - we agreed on a price, then you ignored every follow-up attempt while you negotiated with other buyers for more money.

If you decide to put a price on your integrity, don't make excuses and try to blame someone else. Man-up and take responsibility for your decisions.

listen "sloepoke" I got a better offer than yours, and they wanted to pick it up ASAP. Of course I am going to take their offer when I had to wait another couple days to wait for your unsure offer. For any one who is reading this, notice he is the only one who has given me a bad rating on this website.
