I started communicating with joe_r via PM, and I posted a comment to the seller's thread to indicate my PM. He PMed back to say that the item was still available and he gave his paypal e-mail address. I was unable to paypal the money immediately due to paypal issues with my address, but I e-mailed and PMed this information to the seller within 24 hours. His response was that it was already sold.
I feel like I was cheated, hence the negative feedback. I thought this place was first-come, first-served, with respect given to everyone, but apparently the seller can pick and choose his buyers. The seller indicated no rush, and even mentioned several different payment options. This was pretty low.
