This buyer claims to have never received the parts I sent. As a result, I have refunded the $15.00 he/she paid me via PayPal. Understandibly, the buyer expected the goods delivered in a reasonable manner. However, I cannot be responsible for the US Postal Service and their ability or inability to deliver mail to another address here in California. With no way to track this item, my fault I guess for not having sent it return receipt, either the item was delivered/received or returned to me. Worst case scenario, the item is lost in limbo-land somewhere. I hardly believe that to be the case... Also, since my refund to them, I have never heard from the buyer. Not even a thank you for my generosity and honesty as the seller. After reading the other negative comment, I can't help but think that I was taken by this buyer as well...
IMO - Seller Be Ware.
