I intended to buy a set of wheels from him, but when he went to take the tires off, he realized one of the four had a crack. I needed a usable set, and repairing it was uneconomical for me. Alan was prompt, upfront and honest about it, offered me my money back, and even did some researching on repair jobs. Either way, I'd not hesitate to purchase from him again if the opportunity arose.
