On closer examination I found 2 broken clips. They weren't obvious at first but definitely visible if you look for them. They are both on the same mirror cap (left I believe, I can't tell because I haven't tried to mount them). I've tried to clear this up with the seller without success. I've now initiated a dispute resolution process with PayPal. The mirror caps were advertised as GREAT condition but they are not. I would like to get a refund and move on.
