Aftermarket sport seat upgrade - Sparco Torino/ Monza

I'm considering upgrading the driver's seat in my MCS - I've never been impressed w/ the lateral support of the factory seats. From info I've gathered thus far, it appears that performance, price, and match to the factory cloth interior leads to the Sparco Torino or Monza seats as options. For any who have gone the Torino/ Monza route, is it possible to drop the mount height any lower than the factory sports seats? What types of bracketry are required - is there something available from Sparco or??
What is necessary for a proper install to avoid tripping the factory air bag light (write-up)?
What are some reputable distributors?

Thanks in advance!

Recaro and Sparco are higher end, Corbeau more reasonably priced but you get what you pay for. Talk to Eric at Helix13.com or contact Webbmotorsports.com, they both sell seats and install kits.

Thanks for the replies.

Has anyone used Sparco Monzas in a MINI? I've not located any archived threads were these have been used; it appears Webb sells only the Torino. As I plan to only retrofit the driver's seat, I think the Monza in black/grey is a little better match to the interior - not to mention the microfiber is an enhancement...
