So, a few years ago the cable that is connected to the rear seat latch came off the latch.
I took some needle nose pliers and re-connected it to the latch.

Recently the cable came undone again, and I had my car at a shop so I figured I'd ask if they could put it back in place for me.

Well, unfortunately, the guy pulled a bit too hard and the whole wire came out (as pictured).

Anyone have any ideas on how to fix this?

I can't lower my rear seat, any ideas on how to get that latch free so I can at least lower the seat?
