How to get under headliner after engine mounts

After putting in my engine mounts the vibration has been ridiculous inside. I noticed the vibration coming from right under the map light thingy next to the rear view mirror. Is there any way I can remove that part of the headliner so I can shove some stuffing in it without having to take out the entire headliner...

Maybe this will help https://www.northamericanmotoring.co...liner-diy.html

is it the lower engine mount ??? we had the same issue issue and just couldnt deal with it on the 06 MCS ... way to harsh - we ended up taking one side out and made a world of difference in the vibration but still seemed beneficial

I have all the mounts changed lol. Lower, Upper and Transmission... It's a pretty intense ride, but the experience is so worth it. I just want to find a way to lift the headliner near the reading light without having to take the whole entire thing off like the DIY. I have a 2006 MCS. The DIY has different instruments than I do... The vibration is only coming from one area. I'll check for openings in the headliner when I get my car back. new clutch...
