Exhaust for f56 MCS
Hi all! Has anybody had any experience with the Quicksilver cat back exhaust system, or the Remus system! I'm looking to replace the stock system and any info would be most helpful.

Exhaust for f56 MCS
Try checking out some of the threads in the modifications>drivetrain section.
I personally don't have anything but that's where I go to get all of my info. |
Have you driven a Cooper S with the JCW Tuning Kit / Exhaust yet? It is quite impressive (and would maintain OEM parts on the car). A bit pricey for sure, but dang impressive!

We've sold a couple of the Quicksilver exhausts and had good feedback.
But I have to admit the JCW exhaust with the tune kit is pretty awesome and you get the JCW tune with it. http://www.waymotorworks.com/john-co...-cooper-s.html |
+1 on the JCW Tuning kit :

MGBill, I've got the Milltek non resonated. I ordered from waymotor....like the previous generations (r53, r56) Milltek has sounded the best. you can hear it on my youtube channel:

Awesome, I like that sound and tone much better than Quicksilver. Thanks for your input, you made my day!!!!!
|
Anytime! Way motor was the one who pushed me to get the Milltek, cause I had the same thought as you 😅

+1 on the Milltek for aftermarket sound.
|
I also bought the Milltek non resonated cat back. I am IN LOVE! Ever since I had a 2009 R56 JCW car I have been trying to get that same sound back. This exhaust does just that. It sounds great with wide open throttle, does not drone at highway speeds, and has that excellent pop and bang on the overrun when in sport mode.
Not only is if fantastic sounding, it is also one of the lease expensive exhausts available for the F56 Cooper S. I highly recommend it! |
