Hood stuck, won't release one side
 

Has anyone solved a stuck hood release issue

As I'm uk based its the passenger side that's stuck
Cable still attached to handle as one side releases

My best guess is to pull trim in foot wheel to see if I can get more leverage on the cables

Open to suggestions if no one has found a fix
