Hey guys my front tow hook cover came off during a car wash and I ordered a new one. I was having trouble putting the replacement back on and was wondering if anyone could lead me in the right direction. Specifically, I dont know where to insert the little plastic thing hanging off the bottom. Thanks in advance

It appears as though you’d snake it into the little slot in the grey plastic on the bottom and it would prevent it from becoming lost if it fell out. However it would swing around and put some nasty marks on the paint and grille. I just checked both of our clubbies and in both cases it appears that extra bit has been clipped off by either prep or dealership. Mine has never even been on the car. Still wrapped in plastic and stowed under the rear floor - extra plastic removed none the less.

Here ya go! I have a loaner F54 while my F60 is in the shop.

Just for future reference... to remove, push on the left side and the right side pops open.

The panel 'tail' goes in the lower, rectangular slot.

Insert left side of panel into the bumper first...

...then push on the right side to seat it into place.

Ta-Da!
