Have a 2017 clubman s All 4. M6.

Pops out of 2nd on decell/coast in 2nd. Dealer says cables/bushings are worn, new cable/shifter assembly, because why wouldn't it be one entire assembly, part number 25-11-7-544-907 is on backorder. Ordered the bushingfix set to replace the bushings, and the set they sent doesn't work. The large bushing isn't big enough. Any thoughts?

Only thing i can think of is a junk yard and find one similar to your year and six speed manual. Or.

Try to find a local place that does cables/ hydraulic lines and they might be able to make you an end. Hydraulic repair shops might do that.
