This is my install thread for my Howerton Engineering prepared HFS-3 Water/Meth kit.

This wasn't to hard of an install. Took about 8 hours total.

First I took the tank and mounted it, then ran tube and wires through one of the rubber grommets in the floor board.

Then trimmed the vent hose and put shielding around the bundle.

I ran the hose and wires along the break lines all the way into the engine bay.

then from there I can it into the area in-between the engine and fire wall. Connecting the FAV next to the battery.

I ran the bundle of wires under the battery into the rubber grommet on the passenger side.

From there I ran it up to the "secret compartment". Popped out the plastic box and drilled a whole in it.

I installed the nozzle just before the Throttle body.

I brought it in to Rush Motorsport's here in San Diego to have the ECU wired. They tapped and soldered the wires.

I cleaned up all the wiring and this is the final result.

Nice

Hope you enjoy it.

It's Howerton Engineering though...lol

Now I see where you put the nozzle...thats really close to the throttle body. I would definitely increase the meth % with it there. You will see better gains...

Great write up, thanks for sharing! I can't wait to get mine installed in a couple of weeks. With the gauge mounted there, are you still able to monitor everything? I like how it's stealth.

Shhhh, better hope the DEA isn't monitoring this.

I mean when your doing any serious driving you won't really be able to look away from the road anyway, but it is fine for a quick glance.
