$30 Track Day Events in OKC!
In Oklahoma City, OK, the Z club OKZCC.com is sponsoring several track events this year. The price is VERY reasonable at only $30 per event!
I just recently found out about them and have not done them in the past. But at the price, you owe it to yourself to check it out. For the $30 you get five sessions of about 10 minutes each.
2009 Dates are:
April 5th
May 3rd
June 28th
July 5th
Aug 2nd
Sept 6th

we set up a cross between a road course and autocross, using the roadcourse you see with cones to either slow down top speeds and make other areas more exciting(adding chicanes and turns where their are none) we also run for 10 mins at a time with between 4 and 6 cars on track at a time .also with any event we also do our own police type work ,we work corners,announce and flag w saftey our first and main concern...

I was not there and did not take the video but are you referring to the red car that you see in about 16 seconds to 32 seconds into the video? That red car is a 3rd generation twin turbo charged RX7. That last gen of RX& were pretty impressive cars. They stoped making them in 1995 but the style still looks fresh. They went for over $30K in 95 and the price and their performance focus was maybe a little too much for the market then. I was at the track called Hallett and one was the fastest car on the track that day.
