I thought I saw a post here recently about a tuner race event in Maryland sometime soon and that the Speed Channel was going to be there to tape it. Does anyone know what I'm talking about?

I remember reading something like that a while back, but I can't seem to find it.

might have to make it down for this...my buddy's old cohorts from Norcal are running a car in the Koni Series and one of the guys might ship his 600hp '99 Impreza out here to him to hold until he gets in town (to drive it down to VIR for the weekend). We have to promise not to drive it on the street. Muhahahahah!

The Time Attack event is this weekend anyone want to go? I was going to go tomorrow if anyone else wants to go. It's in Summit Point in WV.

I was seriously thinking about going, but dont think i'll be able to make it tomorrow. I would like to goto another event in the near future...i think theres another one next weekend at VIR....

I would love to go to FA...but weekdays are impossible for me. I would join you on a weekend though. Let me find the name of the guy who worked on my car. He's a former mechanic at Mini of Sterling. Please let him know I said good things about my experience there.

How was this? Did anyone go? Was it worthwhile?

i went by there, since i was over there watching the WERA races. I stopped by, but I think I missed the events. Seemed to be more of just track time for some regular cars. But the Hankook girls were lookin good, and there were some nice cars there too.:wink:
