I have a question about the service intervals that I hope you can help me understand. I have a 2015 Mini Cooper S 4-door (F55) with about 56,000 miles. Its coming up on its annual oil & filter change, and state inspections & emission testing service requirements. Last November I had to take it to the dealer for a new battery, and they recommended a "brake fluid flush service" (a "brake fluid service" was done in 2020 at 42,000 miles; and also in 2018 at 24,000 miles). Does that seem too often? Also, after reading the above, things like fuel filter replacement, coolant flush & replacement, and transmission fluid flush & replacement aren't needed to be done at regular time or milage intervals? Any advice is greatly appreciated.

Coolant should be changed at 4-year interval's, or 50,000 miles, whichever comes first. Coolant also has a service life that is time dependent. So if it hasn't been done, now sounds like that time for that.
I also like to drain and fill my transmission fluids at 50k miles for good measure. Like engine oil, it does have a service life.
Fuel filter... You'll hear many different opinions on this one. In my opinion, it can wait until 100k miles.
