Is the roof rail-delete option only available in Europe, or will our preferred dealer order it on our behalf?

My partner's working with the MY2021 options-code list our dealer provided, and didn't see the option. We've seen it on European cars (thanks Google).

Any experience, or threads pointing us toward the answer, helps.

I'm interested in this as an aftermarket option. I can't stand the tall roof rails on my F60 and would much rather have something like on the new clubman.
